City of Hope Pain/Palliative Care Resource Center (COHPPRC) The purpose of the COHPPRC is to serve as a clearinghouse to disseminate information and resources that will enable other individuals and institutions to improve the quality of pain management. The COHPPRC is a central source for collecting a variety of materials including pain assessment tools, patient education materials, quality assurance materials, research instruments and other resources.

8. The National Pain Foundation The non-profit National Pain foundation was founded in 1998 to support patients in pain, as well as families and practitioners with peer-reviewed information. This site serves as an on-line educational tool and community resource.
